Throughout March, residents and families have been keeping in touch using our SKYPE facility. This has been most popular. If families would like to keep in contact this way, please add the SKYPE app to devices and contact the Activities team by email, on [email protected] to book a date and time.
Our residents have been preparing for Easter and have enjoyed creating Easter Bonnets, selected Easter Eggs for our special Easter quiz and have requested an Easter Service. Our local Faith Leaders have arranged readings, an online sermon service and prayers throughout the the period of Lent into Easter Sunday.
Our chefs, Michael and Christine have been creating fabulous menus and have prepared hot cross buns.
Our activities and care team have been singing daily, providing a mobile hair salon and nail/pamper session. We have very much enjoyed the Reminiscing Boxes provided by Museum Services West Lothian and even made it into the West Lothian News with our wonderful rainbows displayed outside.
We continue to plan ahead for entertainment social trips and fundraisers.
