We had a fantastic December!
We attended Lanark Memorial Halls Christmas pantomime on December 1st and 2nd. This years pantomime was the production of Snow White. We were looked after so well by the staff at the Memorial Hall, offering us fabulous seats and drinks at the interval.

On Dec 7th and 8th we were taken on a bus ride to see the Christmas lights of West Lothian. We looked at the lights in many of the local villages and the beautifully decorated houses. We had a singsong on the bus before returning home for tea and a light buffet.

The Flagstick at Fauldhouse Golf Club made us a gorgeous Christmas Lunch. Shout out to the homemade raspberry cheesecake! Residents and family members were invited on 16th and 17th December with John Waterson singing and everyone dancing to the music.

We had many visitors throughout December, including the Salvation Army, local nurseries and schools. We had services with our local Faith leaders. The Eastfield Hub provided a fantastic high tea Christmas box for every resident. Such a kind gesture from everyone in the Fauldhouse community and beyond.

Leona Corio entertained us on 19th December and Liz Waterson on 31st December. Vintage songs and Scottish Hootanannny tunes respectively. We also had Liz and John singing at the Christmas parties. We also are so grateful for our Sarah, a young lady still at school, who provided piping over the festive season.

Thanks to everyone who supported the Activities Team, the care team and nurses, thought a very happy, successful December. Time to put the trees away and plan for next year!
